Benefits Of Leasing vs. Purchasing
1. You know your budgeted amount every month, no surprise repair bills or service
call charges.
2. Lease payments are tax deductible.
3. No large purchase cash outlay, frees up cash for other needed projects;
4. Lease to purchase options can be quoted, so at a later point in time, 12, 18, 24 months, you have a reduced purchase price (determined at time of lease).
5. Repairs that fall outside the spectrum of routine maintenance, or are due to misuse, abuse or damage, will be quoted at a 10% discount on parts and labor.
6. Allows you to get a newer car with more options at an affordable price.
7. Routine monthly maintenance is covered, keeping your vehicle in a safe and properly running condition.
8. Guaranteed emergency service calls within 48 Hrs. (24 Hrs. in most cases).
9. Normal wear items such as seats and tires are covered. A spare tire will be provided for use in emergency situations.
10. Battery replacement cost (from $850.00 depending on battery configuration) is covered, provided that batteries have been properly maintained.
11. Unit can be turned in at the end of the lease, or a buy out price can be established.
12. Special logos and striping can be added at a cost of $35.00 per vehicle.
13. A temporary rental car can be provided at a reduced rate of $25.00 per day, maximum charge of 5 days for any vehicle that requires in shop service. There will be no additional charge beyond the 5 day max, even if your vehicle has to remain in shop longer. This ensures that you never have to be without a vehicle.
14. If additional rental cars are needed for a special occasion, you will receive a 20% discount off regular rental rates. (Does not include pick up and delivery charges)
15. All long term rentals will include a single point battery fill system ($350.00) at no charge. This ensures proper battery water levels and reduces watering time to just a few minutes every couple of weeks.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Daily safety check of all systems and report any issues immediately.
2. Maintaining proper daily charging of unit.
3. Maintaining proper tire pressures.
4. Maintaining proper battery water levels.
5. Maintaining proper insurance against fire, theft, vandalism and liability, listing Triple Crown Golf Cars, Inc. as additional and additional payee.
6. Payment of any repairs due to abuse, misuse, or repairs not covered by the lease.
7. Payment of applicable sales taxes.
8. Payment of any and all invoices within 30 days of invoice.
