Golf Car Rental Terms & Conditions
(1) No person without a valid driver's license shall operate vehicles.
(2) Lessee shall be responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle while in lessee's possession.
(3) Lessee shall be responsible for injury to any passenger or bystander caused while vehicle is in lessee's possession.
(4) Lessee shall be responsible for any property damages caused to any real property while vehicle is in lessee's possession.
(5) Lessee shall provide proof of appropriate insurance coverage to insure against all damages.
(6) Triple Crown Golf Cars shall be shall be entitled to all benefits of said insurance.
(7) Lessee shall not operate vehicle on public roadways.
(8) Sub-Leasing or Loaning of rented vehicle is strictly prohibited.
(9) Cancellation of any rental reservation must occur within 48 Hours of scheduled reservation.
(10) Failure to follow proper cancellation procedure will result in a service charge equaling one day's rental cost per vehicle reserved.
